Privacy
What Anticapture collects, what it publishes on purpose, and what it leaves alone.
Reading is anonymous
Everything public here can be read without an account. Traffic is measured with Vercel Analytics, which counts visits in aggregate without cookies and without following you across sites.
What we collect
An invite request keeps exactly what you type into the form. A workspace account means Clerk, our sign-in provider, holds your name, email, and credentials. Support payments run through Polar, and card numbers never touch our servers. Our servers keep standard request logs for security and debugging.
What we publish on purpose
The workspace exists to produce a public record. Accepted proposals publish with the contributor’s name, drafter’s notes, and review history, and releases preserve that history permanently. A shipped change carries your name for good, the way a recorded vote follows a legislator.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not run ads or advertising trackers. We do not share your information beyond the processors named above unless the law compels it.
Email from Anticapture is transactional. Invitations, receipts, and account notices. There is no marketing list.
Your data
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted. Deletion removes private account data. Published editorial history is public record and keeps the name attached to shipped changes.
Changes
This policy will change as the project grows. The revision date above records when.
